Lovely, welcoming staff and delicious food. Will definitely visit again! My dad didn't want olives with his meal and waitress very kindly substituted these for avocado.The restaurant was also really beautiful

The staff were really accommodating as one of my friends is covid vulnerable so really helped in making sure there was enough space. All thanks to Joseph. The food and atmosphere was great too. Had a lovely evening there

We were really disappointed. We had booked for 3 but were told that the booking is irrelevant. We were left waiting for 20 minutes, staff would look at us but carry on chatting. staff then went on a rant about the different websites that they use and which he prefers. Staff member was aggressive. We ended up leaving after waiting another 25 minutes after being seated. We left really upset. Visualizza piatti

that's not to eat. or anything. the personal was incapable and concentrated mainly on cakes and drinks for the outside. we ordered 7 pasta dishes and they came to so long that they were finished before others arrived. the dishes with meat were delivered to the non carnivorous. we were ignored when we arrived. they had not our booking, etc. I have not expected that caffe concierto large food, simply be sufficient and decent service.

After being told on presentation of our booking that the restaurant does not work with The Fork we were presented with menus. I informed them that I had booked afternoon tea as a present for my guests so we did not need to choose. Advertised as 18.95 per person . Beware, it isn't ! It starts at 22.95 but in small print without sandwiches and there are two. Is you don't specify you get the nonuxury one which is 28.95. very good but not worth a difference of 6 euros for the sandwiches unless you know what you are paying.

frightening customer service. rude and indifferentes personal. does not believe that we are booking for afternoon as “we do not take bookings in a weekend”. they gave us a table. tee arrived and the brioche so advertised was missing and the scones were rock hard. When I drew attention to it, I got “so you waited 10 minutes to tell me about the scenes”. there was also a language barrier, or at least it was like they didn't understand what we were trying to tell them. I never had such a terrible experience as this. Avoid this place as the plague. I wish I would be on trip advisor. the reviews for this place are not good. Visualizza piatti
