Caffe Nero - Piatti

Love the mochas in cafe nero. They go great with a croissant or a caramel shortbread (depending on the time of day). Great quality always.

Very good coffee eats,staff very good, toilets could be doing with good clean . Upstairs you can't get seat for students doing course work on laptops

It's in a good location, the coffee and food is fine. It's just the state of the seats that horrifies me. They are absolutely disgusting, I'd hate to think what a swab test would reveal. Visualizza piatti

Good coffee in great location , very central for all the shops . Good coffee and far cleaner than Costa where you usually have to clear your own table . Latte is nice , good selection of cakes etc .

Xmas shopping in need of a pick me up i had a lovely cappuccino large £2 50 and a berry and white chocolate muffin £1 85 i had a seat in the window overlooking Union Street watching the world go by nice welcoming staff.

Food and drinks here are great, service and value for money is good. Sitting in isn't great tables and chairs tend to be sticky, uncleared and food debris lying around (on more than one occasion). Would return to take away but sit in at your own risk. Visualizza piatti

Cafe Nero coffee is to my mind streets above that of others. This is a lovely coffee shop. Excellent staff giving excellent service and pleasant and chatty. Came twice for breakfast in a short stay in Aberdeen. Wish my local coffee shop was as good. Early morning breakfast meant spacious at that time but nice internal layout

I usually try to give my custom to independent local coffee shops, but on a Sunday afternoon, they weren't open, so this was the next best thing. It wasn't busy, so I got my coffee quickly and also had a raspberry and white chocolate muffin. There was plenty to choice for seating and it felt quite relaxed. The coffee was perfectly acceptable, but the muffin didn't taste quite as moist as I would have liked. Maybe it had been sitting out all day. A reasonable experience, but nothing remarkable.

I've been in many Caffe Neros which have quite a lot have tightly packed tables and its hard to find a free table. But this one on Union Street is large and airy and a very pleasant place to sit. It is well situated in the centre of Aberdeen. The cafe is narrower where you enter with the counter on your right but it then opens out into a large space. Most tables were for two but it was easy to get an extra chair for the three of us. It serves the usual Caffe Nero fare. Very good coffee and we had a particularly nice coconut and raspberry slice.
