Been here a few times just been and picked up a sandwich and cake to take away and its lush best place in Crosshands to eat and the staff are so friendly

I visited this afternoon, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was beautiful and friendly, and the homemade food was incredibly delicious. We chose the "Greek Experience," which included homemade butter bean soup, a delightful Greek salad, and a spinach and feta pastry. What a hidden gem in Cross Hands! I highly recommend everyone to try Jo's fantastic cooking.

My friend and I had a delightful experience today when we stopped by for tea and cake! The warm and friendly greeting set the tone for our afternoon, and everything we tried was lovely and homemade. We are already looking forward to our next visit to enjoy the sandwiches—and maybe even more cake! This place is definitely worth a visit, and I would highly recommend it to others. It's not just a café; it serves as a social community center, featuring crafted items and paintings by local artists. Well done, Café Theia! You're doing an excellent job!

Yesterday, I enjoyed a late lunch at this lovely little café and was greeted with a very warm welcome. Jo, the owner, is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend the ham and cheese sandwich, which is packed with fresh salad and incredibly delicious. To complement our meal, my partner and I enjoyed some coffee and shared a slice of homemade carrot cake for dessert. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food and service. I will definitely be returning!

I discovered Jo her Caffi Theia in Cross Hands, by both accident recommendation!! Am I so glad that I did!! Jo is great, friendly amusing seems a lot of fun. As go for her Caffi, Amazing, truly it is From the outside it looks quite small, but go in it s a bit like the Tardis, it s far bigger, looks DO deceive! My wife said we must visit after she had attended a charity quiz night in the cafe and was full of praise so we took a big diversion to get home from from shopping in Carmarthen.......
