I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. For dinner, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5, the service also a solid 5, and the atmosphere was equally delightful with a 5 rating. Highly recommend!

Visited the first time a couple of weeks ago for afternoon tea with a friend. Very generous portions and excellent customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a Christmas dinner last night for our employees, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful. I was particularly impressed with how well they accommodated my special dietary needs, even providing a dessert. We will definitely be back!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited Caistor Lakes for lunch with friends, and it was a delightful experience. The meal was perfect, and the staff and atmosphere were outstanding. I was so impressed that I decided to take my partner there for breakfast this morning. Wow, what a breakfast! We had the poacher and the angler, both of which were wonderful. Even though the weather was a bit frustrating, the food, the ambiance, and the attentive staff more than made up for it.

I was recently randomly selected in caistor lakes restaurant Facebook page to get a free afternoon tee for two. I must say it was delicious with a selection of sandwiches and cake tee or coffee together with quiche scotch ei and scones, more than satisfying, the service was excellent the staff busy and all very satisfied, we were other paints for different meal times and never disappointed.
