"we were previously in a very nice, clean and efficient campanile near carcassonnne so were delighted to discover them. but it was a great disappointment! we ordered a three-bedded room (double plus one-bedded room) just to discover the single bed was a rollout that...virtually no place to walk in the room let alone luggage for 3. then there is a box in the entire room for phones, computer or anything! only two towels for 3 people. later in the evening we discovered the sink that exits over the bathroom floor and causes a large flood. when we tried to call the reception, we discovered that the phone was dead. we suspected a murderer who appears at any time. too foot for recipe, but it was closed. we brushed teeth in the bath. the next morning I complained about all these things that took note, told me that the phones must be asked by the room owner before a emergency, but not after 11 if they need to use their handy to call a emergency that anyway, they could not do anything. I stopped my phone from being loaded into the room because my daughter used the only electrical plug for her computer. but still. A little old hotel. friendly welcome, but very cold room and with some air current. brief, a room of campanile like tens. Breakfast of the most ordinary. the fruit salad with fresh fruit not hard.

Don't go there to eat. My husband took curry and chicken pasta with 3 pieces of chicken that bathed in the sauce and I caught vegetable fish, black potato and white carrots, the vegetables had to date at least 3 days! "Repas familial de 7 personnes à midi. La qualité gustative est au rendez-vous avec des découvertes de plantes,d'associations délicieuses, de sorbets remarquables. Accueil explicatif du concept agréable et précise.Cependant un menu à 29€ sans aucun choix possible (même pour le dessert!) se termine à 47€ si l'on prend les suggestions soit un prix proche des 54€ pour 8 plats. Le rapport qualité prix s'altère sérieusement .Pour les améliorations concernant l' étoile je suggère:- servir une mise en bouche ou des amuses-gueule même si le client préfère une bouteille de vin blanc à un apéritif traditionnel.- améliorer le café (excellent) seulement servi avec un pot de sucre en poudre et sa petite cuillère. Il existe de nombreuses variétés de sucres, et pour 2 chefs, des mignardises sont simples à réaliser ou alors encore plus simple mais agréable le carré de chocolat.-Ne pas décorer une belle salle avec les assiettes et couverts déposés sur tous les cache-radiateurs. Une petite table de service peut régler cet aspect;-Le principe de la cuisine ouverte peut paraître sympa mais où nous étions placés, il fallait élever la voix pour couvrir par instant le bruit des casseroles et des mixeurs. Le pire est de déguster le café avec des odeurs puissantes de vinaigre blanc chauffé pour nettoyer les plaques de cuisson!Bonne cuisine mais même avec une étoile je ne suis pas certain d'y retourner."
