I had previously visited this place when I was in Spain, but the last time I visited a few days ago, I had the impression that they are under a new management team as it’s renovated and it has a fresher look in every sense. As a foodie and a world traveler looking for specialties, I love good finds and also, places to go back to. Two dishes that I would definitely recommend: Carne ibérica a la brasa and Jamón ibérico de bellota, which should be matched with an exquisite wine. Not to be missed!!!
