"Hubby and I went on a morning excursion to a small market and to look around a local village with our hotel guide. On the way back to Cala D’Or we decided, at the last minute, to get off the public bus at Porto Petro, and stop for lunch. We came across Ca’n Martina. We ordered a white wine and a glass of sangria. I chose garlic prawns (a bit pricey at €14.90) with a side order of bread. I actually got a bread roll with the addition of olives and aoli which I hadn’t asked for. The cost for my ‘bread roll’ was €2.25. Hubby had a toasted ham sandwich with fries costing €6.50, a much more reasonable price, we thought. The Sangria was lovely, It had a good amount of banana liquor. The wine was also good. The food was lovely. The service was fairly good and the location was super. I’m not normally generous with my scoring my reviews but I believe I’m fair, so I can not understand why this restaurant has such poor reviews. We would recommend this eatery based on what we experienced today. Excellent."
