She was happy with that. She was an au pair in Turin many years ago and insists that she never came across al dente (under cooked in her parlance! pasta there. This is not a complaint! This is a matter of personal taste. Is there a difference between North and Southern Italy when it comes to a consensus on how to cook pasta?"

Not my first time at Canto Corvino. The food was beautiful as always and was a great way to spend a Saturday night. Always recommend and will be returning in the near future!

This is a lovely place to enjoy great quality food. Beautifully decorated with very good levels of service. The menu offers something for everyone in terms of sea food, meat dishes and vegetarian options. However, be prepared to pay for it, I do appreciate that we’ve had a period of high inflation, but personally I think some items on the menu are on the pricey side. Excellent wine too with an extensive list of you are feeling flush.
