eating was great, but the service and attention could have been better. we had to alert the employees to place our order and the staff was not so attentive.

beautiful staff. dinner was acceptable, but nothing special in the eye the aa 2 rosettes; we like the mix and custom Indian English menu. the breakfast was however top drawer.

Sumit was an amazing waiter! Very humorous and gave great information about food and ingredients. His recommendations were spot on we will definitely recommend reading Kronenplaza

We had a nice meal in Rosette and fantastic service from Catia. Came here for our 5 years anniversary and the crowns plaza East reading not dissappoint! What a magical stay we had memories of a life <3

The kids and I spend our Christmas in a few hostels, but that was the best so far. The warmth and friendliness of the staff was beautiful. I want to thank you my dear Shahry, we are so grateful... You really made our stay pleasant.

Had breakfast here as part of our hotel stay. Fantastic experience for myself and my family. Staff was very friendly and even offered to help take us pictures. Lol. The food tasted great and there were lots of options! Our server Paula was also tremendous. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied.

Very pleasant venue for a coffee afternoon relaxing and unwind . Dinner in the evening, was also very nice. A popular place on weekends, nice outdoor space although mostly built up as in an office environment, but so close to the main rail line and bus route to the town centre. Very accessible. Some great local walking areas very near by Dinton Pastures a stone's throw away and so beautiful.

The best hotel restaurant, at least in the UK. Amazing, delicious food. All freshly cooked, fast service. Very high standards in customer service. Not only one of the best in Britain, but I would also say what I think is a benchmark for other countries. attentive, courtesy and professional staff. Serves traditional British and Indian dishes. All of the latter is Halal. Would like to come back and recommend to everyone.

What a wonderful experience, from the minute we checked in with Andrius who was so welcoming and made us feel as if nothing was to much trouble. Which made it a bonus when he served us within the restaurant! The food was lovely on our first night and the second night with exceptional service from Shahry who again made us feel very cared for and couldn't do enough for us he was so knowledgeable of the whole menu and made the best recommendations could thank them enough
