Absolutely shocking service. Reading the reviews below I can totally relate to there stories. Food was hours later than promise time and I had excuses such as I can't find the house number I've been on the road for half an hour btw the road goes from not a big road....When he arrived he completely disregarded any questioning I did on why he couldn't find the house and I imagine it's the same imbecile that is mentioned in all comments below. Utterly ruined my evening.

Absolutely terrible service. I wish I could upload a video here to show how the driver behaved. They just left the food near my door, took a photo, and then left without making sure I received it. When I called to complain, they were rude and said I wouldn't get a refund. The Caribbean flavoring in the food was okay, but overall it was a disappointing experience. It would be helpful if the restaurant allowed customers to share video footage to provide feedback, as there are cameras everywhere these days.

They overcharged with an order in store, and since they don't do online bank reimbursements i requested they deliver me food of that amount. Long story short, i'm waiting hours minutes later. They refused to pick up multiple times. When I finally was put through to the driver, he practically cussed me out, said i had to wait an extra (this place is mins drive away) and flat out lied about roving the halls of my building (impossible as you need two different codes to get past two security doors). I have never ever waited hours for takeaway food for it not to even want to show up. I usually know Jamaican food shops to take a while to deliver but never have had to wait hours and still to be waiting! They didn't even have a contact number for the driver and i couldnt even cancel my food. I will never ever order from there again and i strongly advise others not to. I cannot even comment on the quality of the food, due to it not arriving. The people on the phone were extremely unhelpful and rude towards me and my partner... I am still waiting for this food, to just turn it away. I was told hours ago it would be another mins. The service of this place was terrible, I am very very disappoin...

Non ho mai aspettato le ore per il cibo da asporto per non volerlo nemmeno mostrare. Di solito conosco i negozi di cibo giamaicani per portare un po 'di tempo per consegnare, ma non ho mai dovuto aspettare ore e ancora aspettare!
