"This family run Italian restaurant is an awesome place. It's got such a nice atmosphere that you feel like you are at home and welcomed. You will be greeted by a friendly guy Michelangelo when you walked into the restaurant. He is a really attentive...guy and provide you a nice service. Their food is also fantastic! I personally like their truffle butter pasta very much. You will smell the flavour of truffle butter while you are waiting. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this! It's withing walking distance from Altstadt through Hofgarten and next to Melia hotel. A highly recommended restaurant and a must go place in Düsseldorf!"

this is an option near the hotel melia. a small facility with nice staff and good service. italian eat. we shared an antipasto plate, a good starter. then pasta with truffles and a pizza. we do not recommend the pizza, small and not...so good crust. good wine list.

Can't say enough about this place. I have been going for 15 years and it feels like home. It's family run and they make you feel like you are their family. The family is from Napoli and the food is also. It's light Italian and...the wine selection is on point. The pizza is the thin crusted kind and the pasta is all homemade. Highly recommend!!! You will keep going back for regular visits!

Casa Palmieri is a well kept secret. We were some of the lucky ones who have experienced this authentic Italian cooking from a family born and raised in Naples. There are no words to describe the food. Every bite is better than the last. The...atmosphere is warm and friendly as it is a family run business. There were times when I felt like my mother was preparing our dinner~it is that kind of an experience. If you are a fan of Pasta Fagioli, I can tell you my eyes watered with the flavor of my first bite. The restaurant is small in size but big on flavor...a must try!
