Great hotel. The best part of this hotel is not the rooms, food, or location but it's the Filipinos working there. Very hard working and makes you feel at home. They made our stay memorable. Salamat!!!

excellent stay. very central location, near the foot of all main places. many good restaurants nearby. very helpful and attentive staff that helped us to book tickets. clean and modern interieur. would stay again!

Located near catalonia square, we had two rooms, one had a balcony and can see the pool from it which was great, the other room had a small window looking at another room. The brakfast was delicious and had great variety even though the chef and the personnel working on the restaurant were not that friendly.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Very helpful, kind and always looking to make sure the stay is seamless. They accommodated our bag storage for us too. The location of this hotel is also great, very central and easy to get to and from all the main sites and easy access to cabs. Will be staying here next time too…

fantastic location near the main sights of barcelona. the rooms are very comfortable and clean. the personal is amazing, especially giuliano, who went beyond and beyond to help us with everything that was perfect with our reservation and to ensure that our stay was perfect. we definitely recommend it and we would like to come back soon!

From the beautiful building, the perfect location and wonderful staff I can’t say enough about this property! Given a warm welcome after a long day of flying and we were ushered to our room, luggage was brought up and a welcome bottle of Cava!! Anything we needed they provided and did it with a smile. We only speak English and the staff was very accommodating!! You must stay here don’t go anywhere else!!

Beautiful hotel in Barcelona. All of the staff are extremely kind and always smiling and greeting us. Hotel was very clean, modern, and sleek. Breakfast was amazing each day with lots of choices and the food was constantly being refilled. Perfect location- close to all of the metro and bus stops and close to all of the busy walking areas. We had no issues getting around. My one negative is- I didn't originally book Passieg de Gracia. I was booked at El Born and they didn't have enough room so they moved my room to this hotel and didn't properly communicate with me until I arrived at the hotel. I'm thankful we ended up in Passeig de Gracia though, just wish there was a better attempt to conta...

very nice hotel! the room was spacious, clean, large bed with clean bed linen. in the bathroom there were many pleasant things and a real hair dryer and home shoes (no bademäntel). the shower was spacious and had a very good flow. shampoo and body laundry were very good. there were coffee capsules and tea in the room as well as a small refrigerator. the only negatiw were the huge kisses that were very unpleasant to use. the location was perfect. from the main road to avoid the great mass, but very close to almost all locations. on the one hand they were 5 minutes from las ramblas and the environment, and on the other hand they were a few minutes from casa battlo . as we wanted to taste the l...
