Great experience friendly staff fresh food we had desi breakfast halwa puri with channa and karak chai

I ordered a cheese and chutney toast sandwich, however, the toast was overcooked and too hard to bite into. I had to throw it away, which was a waste of money.

Ordered 2 Keema and Roti and 2 cokes total Inc deliver £22, although the food was great, the portion was tiny. 2 roti was fine but the pot of keema was tiny. Way over priced for what we got.

one and only chaiwala in normanton Road,Derby pretty much environment like other chaiwala. tasting only I can see that the price has been increased since the last time I was visited! now they play music.

Bilal, who I believe is the store manager, provided excellent service. The new staff at the restaurant are wonderful and it's about time they hired employees who appreciate customers. The food and tea were both outstanding, a perfect 10 out of 10. Visualizza piatti

Always a lovely Karak Chaii. The food was nice as usual. But the serving staff seemed miserable again and did not create a friendly atmosphere. Sometimes they occasionally have a friendly person behind the till, but increasingly often the staff seem cold and borderline rude. If it wasn’t serving the nicest Chaii in Derby I would stop going there.

The tea was fantastic, but being from out of town I inquired about a discount that I am accustomed to in Manchester. The lady working there rudely told me that they do not offer such discounts, despite it being just one cup. I believe it is fair to ask, especially since other branches have provided similar discounts. The food was delicious, but the staff's attitude was disappointing and disrespectful.

I order Chaiiwala a couple of months ago to my workplace for breakfast and what a great decision that was. I ordered the full desk breakfast which contained an omelette in which I opted for cheese, chilli and onion in it, paratha, beans, daal and chana masala served with a j2o the price point I believe was around £12.50 with all the extras added in. Everything was beautiful especially the daal, so smooth and moreish. It is quite pricey for what it is but it is desi food cooked well and very very filling so definitely a nice treat. Would definitely recommend, as a side note the aloo paratha is gorgeous. All ok but not breathtaking. Visualizza piatti
