Sono stato in questo Ristorante per pranzo, insieme a mia moglie e mio figlio di 3 anni e mezzo. La bella località montana era piena di turisti ed escursionisti e per questa ragione abbiamo preferito prenotare già in mattinata. Effettivamente alle 12:30 il locale si stava già riempiendo e abbiamo ordinato subito una trota alle mandorle per il bimbo (eccellente assieme al suo contorno di spinaci e patate al forno) e della "bagnacauda" (piatto tipicamente piemontese, buona ma non eccelsa in questa versione francese). Abbiamo anche chiesto alla cameriera due taglieri di formaggi e salumi, in modo da prevenire il pienone che di lì a poco avrebbe riempito la bella sala interna ed il cortile ester...
