"only we regret that we were no longer staying! After a terrible 2-day stay in a 5-star hotel in cannes, we came here exhausted, the last night of our long weekend and with a low bar for quality service in a hotel. in the future, our expectations have been better. First they helped us together with our bad French skills and did not let us go when we at least tried our best, and were more than friendly enough to return to English than it was better for all parties. they greeted us at the arrival with a cold cocktail and offered help with our bags. the host has grilled us to our room and led us through all features. a room fridge with a free bottle cold water and room to get more of our own water in! Unfortunately, this was a rare thing for the rest of our trip in the south of France, so I must emphasize that. the room had a row of doors leading to the beautiful garden, with a private way to the pool! back inside, a comfortable, large bed. a great tw and a large shower/bath. we felt as much as at home in our short stay and were sad to go. we intend to come back sometime, hopefully. also that closed itself. so beautiful! but with modern conveniences. I'm sure they'll stay here when they're in the opposite. so close to the aix en provence, and a short drive to the airport and train as well."

Exceptional !! Very unique and special . The room are big and cozy . Helpful staff. Privet parking. 10 min by car from the city center. Good restuarant at the hotel.

Yum! Excellent and highly creative cooking. We went for the tasting menu (menu pi r) accompanied by the wines. The fish dishes really stood out. Great pairings with the wine. Attentive friendly service.

I'm really struggling the understand why this only has 1 Michelin star... For me, it was right on par with certain of my favorite 3 star restaurants. It is quite amazing how they are able to bring such flavor to each dish, each bite. The combinations of ingredients flavors are so unique and surprising and work so, so well. What a treat! Such an incredible experience, so much more than just a meal.

visited this place today. I can't find a word to explain how happy I am to come there. the funny thing that when they put the piece of food in them mouth, it has very light taste. a few seconds later, when they start chewing, it begins with different taste and taste directions, like fireworks in their mouth. it's not eating. it is masterpiece! bravo to the chef pierre reboul and the team. I have never tried anything near. Please visit this place. it is unforgettable.

A truly memorable experience! The setting and ambience of the room had a truly royal atmosphere, and apparently is, in fact, a former residence of a King's wife from 3-400 years ago. Gold Leaf and plaster abound. The food is exquisite and inventive as well as fabulous. Each dish was potent in flavor and well-executed and thought out with sublime intention. We did the 3 course, but i feel as if we may have had 10 courses or more including all the extras in-between and after. The service was just as good, if not better.
