"This is a place that can easily become a go to stop for South Indian food! Really authentic South Indian food in Berlin, specially in Spandau. The food tastes exactly like any other excellent restaurant in India. Not too hard on the wallet, affordable delicious food. The chefs are from Tamil Nadu which makes it even more authentic Chettinad cuisine. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is craving for yummy chicken varieties. My recommendations: Chicken 65 tastes exactly like street food style chicken kabab (Bangalore street style) Dum biryani Amazing taste and flavors Koli Kari Dosai traditional chicken curry and dosas just like from Tamil Nadu Chicken fry Indian style fried chicken Very tasty and affordable food! (Cost for 2 ppl Approx €30)"

Food portions are big and delicious I would recommend trying the mango lasso, it's very rich and thick.

Tried both Lunch buffet and Egg Biryani. In buffet, you don’t have any solid vegan or vegetarian options. Egg Biryani was okay okay!

What we liked here: Chicken 65, dosa. What we didn’t like: Idly which was a bit hard and Kothu Parotta which was a bit too dry. The sambar wasn’t that great too.

Best South indian food in Berlin. Since last year it has become my go-to place for late lunch or dinner. Average price and authentic taste. North Indian options are good too. I would always prefer south indian options here.

For me this is only restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine in Berlin. The spice level in the Chettinad Chicken Curry was to the point. The Chicken Biryani was flavourful and the meat cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a visit.

I stumbled across this place by accident and thought I would give it a try. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and the restaurant clean and hygeinic. Prices are not high and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definetely return when back in the area.

Worst service ever in Berlin. Haven’t seen such a rude waiter in my entire stay in Berlin. Food was ok. Absolutely unfriendly staff. Food was delivered late, in intermittent steps. The waiter had the audacity to ask the guests to pay and leave while we were still eating. Never ever go to this place.

We ordered Paneer Masala Dosa and Mysore masala dosa. They were crisp and perfectly cooked. The tomato chutney was very tasty. Only thing that was not upto the mark was the sambar. It was a little low on taste. The service was very nice and friendly as we were sitting outside and something fell in my drink, they replaced it without any questions. The atmosphere was nice inside also and they vibrantly showed the culture of south India which I liked. Overall it was a satisfying and fulfilling experience, 1 star I would take away for the sambar.

We had bad experience visiting chettinad. Firstly when we went there, there was only 2 tables filled and despite of that they kept us waiting long to take order and while placing order the person was rude as he said you want only one dosa. Well i feel like yes we can have one dosa and it’s completely fine for us to order as much as we want to eat than we placed order for mysore masala dosa but there mysore masala dosa was like normal masala dosa only and the delivery of one dosa took 30 minutes. I personally didn’t enjoyed the hospitality of the people. I don’t know about other food items, this review is based my experience Food: 1/5 Hospitality: 0/5 Price: 1/5 Ambiance: 4/5
