Address not to be missed when you are on Carcassonne! Everything is homemade, a very good cassoulet served generously, and a nice proposal for the map and menus, more gourmet than others! A great discovery! Don't stop at the frontier which does not represent at all the quality of what is on the plates and the service worthy of a starred restaurant. The menus are very varied and everything was excellent! Relational and perfect service. I'm very happy. Tribute just for outdoor panels green apple, which are not at the level of what you eat.
