"By visiting the espelette, we stopped a little by chance in this restaurant...and we did it!We took 2 formulas at 17€: entry moulds, meat and fish ( excellent dishes)! and chocolate cream. simple but very good meals: the products are fresh and well cooked. So, actually, some will complain about waiting... but where's the problem when you're on vacation? And it seems to me that the tourists were many... we all arrive at the same time then necessarily, a little waiting is normal! I recommend this restaurant that is not a tourist trap."

Typical Basque hotel. Well placed in the centre of Espelette. Very nice welcome from the manager. The staff is very reactive at our request to know that he himself has telephone to book a table in a beautiful place. Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast on the terrace but no buffet.
