Went in for some food for convenience....regretted it instantly ! Rude staff .cold horrible food . Place needs shutting down as it's a disgrace

Probably the worst kebab I have ever eaten. And I’ve had some terrible kebabs. Wouldn’t feed to my neighbours dog and I hate my neighbours dog!

I have tried burgers and kebabs at many places, but Chill and Grill is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this restaurant for families, friends, birthdays, or any group outing. The staff is very friendly and professional. Visualizza piatti

I have been there many times because of the quality and price and most of all their nice Burgers. I have eaten Lamb and chicken shish Kebab there as well. Everything taste fresh. I have to add chill grill friendly and respectful atmosphere is really unique.

We were staying in the hotel near this place and the food we had the first day in the hotel was so expensive and the portions were so small the next day we thought we should try some thing else and we went into this place and that was a good decision the food was filling and the price were so cheap compare to what we paid a day b4. Definitely recommendable .

Ordered through Just Eat the delivery said it would take 50 mins which seemed a bit long anyway. It ended up taking circa 80-90 mins and the food that was delivered was extremely poor. The pizza was very doughy and I'm not sure if it was cooked all the way through. The chips were soggy and particularly poor. I ordered from this restaurant through the Just Eat app. Despite waiting 90 minutes and making three phone calls, my food still had not arrived. The second call was abruptly ended. After waiting for 2 hours, I requested a refund, but was told that my order would be arriving in "just 10 minutes," which had been the case for the past hour. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I went in about 9 in the evening after a long day, wanting some convenient and fast food. This was neither. I ordered a large kebab in pita bread. Despite being the only customer, I had to wait quite a long time. They serve you a tiny Styrofoam box with a tiny and cold pita bread on the bottom, maybe 2 small slices of meat on top of it, lettuce that can walk to the garbage can by itself if you ask it nicely and some weird fatty sauce on top. All that for £8 and you're guaranteed to stay hungry once you're done. Waste of money, waste of food.

Chill Grill said they would deliver in an hour which they then postponed by a further 15 minutes. after an hour and three quarters I called them to enquire as to where my delivery was and I was told that they would not be delivering my food AND they would still be charging me. the driver claimed that they had attempted delivery and kept changing their story, I had been sat by the front door the whole time, I had no missed calls, the takeaway staff clearly forgot the order which is understandable but instead of being helpful and honest they were at every turn rude and dismissive.
