"It's a little out of the way unless you are a local. Nice comfortable tables and chairs. Outside is done well which is nice on a sunny day. WiFi is available but not very fast. "A wonderful evening out with the family during our weekend away and what a treat!For a couple of us, it was a second or third visit, but for the majority, it was the first.Quick response to drinks and service, and a very patient waiting staff while the elders decided on their starters and mains (with some assistance from the younger generation). Very generous portions and for me having a whole sizzling trout arrive on a hot plate was super. No lukewarm meals or lukewarm service here.Wonderful background music and a satisfying meal for all. I cannot wait to return."

"Excellent in every way. I noticed several reviews with three stars and want to comment on the service charge. The service was brilliant, friendly and very helpful. They even asked my wife on a scale of 1 to 10 how spicy she wanted her Virgin Mary drink it was 6 and was extraordinarily good. The service charge was 10% on the bill and considering most restaurants now go for 12.5% very very good value. The ambiance was lovely but most important, the food was some of the best we have tasted for a long time. Yes, the sirloin was £30 but it was all excellent and precisely cooked to order. It was a special family meal for us and it was above expectations. It was our first visit and just from looking at the reviews online congratulations to the chef and everybody at Noah’s Ark, we shall be back!!"

"I was meeting a friend for coffee in the Red Rose Tea room this afternoon. , I arrived before my friend and waited to be seated. The waitress asked which table I would like to sit in, when my friend arrived they took our order...for coffee. Then another couple came into the coffee shop who had a reservation. We were then asked to LEAVE as they had booked a table . I have never been treated this way before it looked like we had taken a table that was reserved when in fact we had been given this table. We were told to come back in half an hour and they would be able to serve us. This is not the way to treat customers in your coffee shop"
