"Absolutely disgraceful. We went in for a late breakfast as we usually love their food. We asked for poached eggs on toast that was stated explicitly on their menu we also asked for a big breakfast and mushrooms on toast. After ordering, a member of staff said they couldn 't do poached eggs but could do any other way. We challenged this because they had eggs so why could they not do poached? Whilst waiting for him to speak to the chef, we also ordered the breakfast and mushrooms on toast. We waited for half an hour, watching a table with more people that came in after us get all their food before ours came. When the staff member came back, he said they no longer do poached eggs as it 's an old menu they have not yet updated false advertising at it 's finest. After arguing about that for 5 minutes we then asked where the other food we ordered was, he replied saying he hadn 't yet ordered it even though we said we still wanted that. We told him we were outraged that we had been waiting so long and he responded with a bunch of rude and patronising comments telling us there 's no need to write a bad review, my friend before handing us the bill for the drinks without any discount or compensation for our troubles and saying well thank you for joining us . Awful service and awfully handled. Will not be returning. If we could give a minus review, we would."

Nice pub, friendly atmosphere and staff and good prices. Didn't have food, just a couple of pints but would drink there again.

The place was fantastic. They offer two bad beers for the price of one, but they also have good beers available at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I couldn't even drink my first beer, let alone the so-called free second one.

I feel like the owners are slowly shutting down the business. The bartenders are great and the beer is good, but the selection can be lacking at times. They no longer serve food, but you can bring your own. The bar looks outdated and the bathrooms have a vintage feel, reminiscent of 1970s public toilets. It's disappointing.

The food was absolutely dreadful. I had baby back ribs they were tough and cold. Yuk! The 1* is for side portion of 3 bean chilli, which I ate with the chips, that was quite nice but not worth almost £16. I left hungry. I didn’t complain, there is no point, it would just make me angry and they wouldn’t care. I won’t be back.
