I recently visited New China City as part of a Chinese takeaway tour I’m doing and this one is up there with the best. The special chow mein was great quality, well seasoned with soy and had lots of chicken and king prawns in it whilst the crispy beef was in a sweet and spicy sauce. Always loved coming here but since the change in owners the food has definitely improved. Service is excellent. We love the tofu in black bean sauce! I am leaving this review. To acknowledge their customer service. It was New Years Eve and our delivery was 4 hours late. But they still got our food to us before closing, lovely and warm might I add. Along with a refund. The food was great, I shall be trying again. But this time I will go and collect. The lady who I spoke to at the end was very helpful. I do recommend as the food was really good.
