"The second time in a row disappointing performance. For the first time slower and unfortunately also unfriendly service (12 res. Persons in Separee) We (3 people) came to the lunch buffet at 12:30. First we were not received and then we were looking for a place ourselves. The drinks were taken after a waiting period of over 5 minutes and a proactive demand from me. The restaurant was well visited. The buffet was empty. However, not emptied by the guests, but simply not filled yet (12:45) White and clean warming dishes, several serving plates unfilled and still unused. At 13:00 the bowls slowly filled. (Full buffet at 13:10 am) We have addressed the situation directly at the boss (during the payment process). Here it was only explained: A great ext. That's why the cook didn't come behind. No apologies, no representation Nothing. Everyone deserves more than 1 chance...but after the second time my clear conclusion: that was it.
