Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich hinter dem Restaurant in einem gemütlichen Biergarten sitzen. Zusätzlich zum lecker Essen und dem Ambiente kann man noch den freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service loben. "Went here with someone who had last been over 20 years ago. At the time it opened, the pizza oven was a new and incredible thing ;-) I'm happy to report that the quality is still top notch even after all these years. We arrived for dinner w/o a reservation. The front part of the restaurant was full and we were escorted to a back room, which was very quiet. Service was good and friendly, even though we were a bit out of the way of the wait staff. We had salads and pizza, which were excellent. I'm sorry we didn't get to sit up front, as it seemed very fun and lively. Given that we visited in January, we didn't get to sit outside either; I'm sure it's lovely seeing as how the restaurant is perched high above the town. I'd definitely return and I highly recommend this restaurant looking for good Italian food."

"The Asia China Restaurant is located in the heart of a very beautiful historic town Schwaebisch Hall. It is the most popular restaurant among the people who live in the town or come to visit during their holidays. As you enter the restaurant, you...are welcomed by their friendly staff who are always around and willing to exchange some kind words with all the customers. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing and fresh; the owner takes great care of selecting the best quality materials and ingredients. The restaurant caters for different Chinese and Asian tastes by providing wide selections on the menu. You can also order special Chinese dishes which will be prepared by the owner, Mr. Chiu with his own ingredients, delivering the warmth of home-made food. On my recent visit on Sunday, four of us began with Chinese vegetable soup, followed by steamed fish, fried shrimps with scallops and fried beef in oyster sauce. Everything is sensational, fresh and presentations are works of art. The steamed fish really thrilled me; and you can hardly find such a delicious fish dish which was delicately prepared outside Hong Kong, especially in Europe. If your travel plan brings you to this beautiful town in Germany and you are long for a delicious Chinese or Asian meal, this is the restaurant you MUST try!!!"

"Im November nahmen wir an dem Trüffelessen teil. Es war sehr teuer, aber das weiß man ja. Es war auch gut und abwechslungsreich. Eine gute Stimmung und natürlich ein besonderer Duft im Haus!Diesmal war unser Zimmer nicht so schön, relativ klein. Aber o. k.Drei Wochen später kamen wir wieder, um unsere Freundin zu einem Weihnachtsessen einzuladen. Freunde aus der Gegend kamen auch dazu. Mein Mann suchte zu dem Menü einen Wein aus, der Sommelier hatte ihn aber leider nicht vorrätig. Er empfahl uns einen anderen, den wir natürlich nahmen. In der Annahme, in der gleichen Preisklasse. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir auf der Rechnung leider feststellen, dass der empfohlene Wein sehr viel teurer war als der von uns auserwählte. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption hatte ein sehr gutes Beschwerdemanagement. Sie meinte, sie halte jetzt einfach die Zimmer Rechnung zurück und spreche mit der Chefin. Dann werde man sich sicher einig.Alle Kontakt Daten von uns waren hinterlegt, da wir ja auch erst vor drei Wochen da waren. Wir waren noch gar nicht zu Hause, hatte ich schon eine E-Mail, die mich sehr streng aufforderte, sofort die offene Zimmerrechnung zu begleichen. Was ich natürlich auch tat.Wir waren ja schon öfter Gäste und hatten hier auch schon sehr viel Geld gelassen. Leider kam es zu keiner Einigung, die Chefin des Hauses meinte nur, sie verstünde uns nicht. So schnell wird man gute Gäste los!"
