"I had never been to a Nando 's before so this is my first visit review. I was surprised how busy it was, so I guessed that it must be popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available, that wasn 't too bad as we grabbed a drink and sat outside. It is a sizable restaurant and there are quite a lot of staff, we were called when our table for 5 adults became available. Then this is when it lost 1 star, no explanation as how to order, luckily we had one of my nieces with us and she had been to a different Nando 's many times before. So, everything is done on your mobile phone, scan a barcode on the table and create an account to be able to proceed, if my niece hadn 't been with us we wouldn 't have had a clue as to how you place and pay for your order, maybe I am just getting old and I am out of touch with the new protocol 's. After having a guided tour of what was entailed we placed our orders and the food and drinks started to arrive, this was staggered and we all started eating at different times, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I don 't like the fact that you have to create an account and provide your email address just to order food, this I fear will lead to a barrage of emails from partner companies etc. What happened to the good old waitress/waiter service? they brought the food and drinks to the table, so why can 't they just come to the table and take the order? Some of you may read this and say this guy is out of touch maybe I am and I will take that comment on the chin, however, what about the older generation that still don 't have mobile phones? As I said, the food was delicious but I don 't care much for the faffing about the technical way of ordering food."

Not more than 5mins ago have me and my partner just finished are meal and are now sitting at the bar. Brilliant meal and service is excellent. Well done to the chiquito staff and team members.

warmest welcome from the first stage through the door or even earlier makes them feel like they only waited for them : charming smiles are unpaid, eat better then expected, customer service always so beautiful. love the old doors interior architecture!

we have a table for 15 years for a birthday party on the 9th feb. 18 months to 58 years plus a dog guide booked. I would highly recommend. the staff was helpful and the food came fast and was delicious. we delivered our own cakes and employees were happy to deliver plates. had good time from all. I want to praise the staff. Ultra attentive!! I had a problem with drinks dispenser and the host who seats you as you enter, a man with shoulder length hair immediately was there. The lady who served us was happy and immediately dragging High chairs to other customers tables. I would without fail visit again

my wife and I have eaten on Saturday after a movie in the ashford filiale there. receive large service and eat immediately delivered. They checked us a few times to see if everything was okay. eating was hot and also tasted fresh and super, and they let us choose the menu to our taste and hunger level by it for us. we will definitely do this again.
