Just popped in for a quick lunch break from work. Nice, friendly staff, quick service and the best cheese n onion pie I've had in ages! Portions were massive really good value for money. Didn't have a cake this time but they looked delicious!

I came with my sister and her support worker just before Christmas and as always the food was excellent and the staff friendly. Asked for a small portion of chips instead of salad with the quiche and even though it was not on the menu...they were happy to provide.

I have been to Christine's several times, both with a friend and with my husband, and it is one of my favorite places to dine. It is a traditional tea room with a wide variety of lunch options, and you can also book afternoon tea in advance if you prefer. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent and the staff are always very friendly and eager to please. The food is also very reasonably priced. We also especially enjoy this venue as we can pre-order the...food in advance and so we can be served very promptly which helps when you are trying to entertain a two-year-old.

Fantastic tearoom in Irlam. There is a wide variety of choices available and they are willing to accommodate any modifications you may require. The portions are generous, so much so that a cake could not contain them all! The coffees are large and there is a good selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this place, but be sure to make a reservation beforehand.

now I have finally made it, lunch with my wife in christines tearoom, although I have already served some of their delicious dishes, due to my wife visited at many places, it has an old world charm about it, tee is served in a real pot,...with real tassen sauces, we had only sandwiches that were well enjoyed, personal were very friendly and the service is excellent, notice to go to themselves, Visualizza piatti

make sure their result today called and all empty tables had a RESERVE sign. but I received a beautiful greeting from a waitress and asked if all the tables reserved would be picked up immediately. to the luck she could fit us...in I had homemade hotpot with rooted beet that was delicious. my daughter had a panini with homemade chips homemade koleslaw. everything was so delicious. we also managed to fit into a victoria sponge cake carrot cake. both were slightly fluffy and fresh again. this is a jewel of a tee room next time I will make sure that I am my table reserve to not miss. beautiful atmosphere, very pleasant staff.

this is my first time in the tee room and it won't be my last. I myself and two friends decided to have the afternoon at christine. the food was delicious, fresh and beautiful presented with bone china dinner service. it reminded me of my large house so that I found it very comforting and welcoming. the decoration was fab and many different elements on the display. I can honestly recommend in the afternoon cream tee, but my eyes were on stalk each time dave or jenny went past with other joys they serve. I am embarrassed to say I live in irlam and have only discovered Christians. a must visit x many thanks for this afternoon

We have been dining here, on and off, for over ten years, almost as long as it has been open. Surprised to find I had never reviewed it, so here goes! You are always best making a reservation, as it is very popular. Currently open...from weekdays. The other side of the business is hosting private ‘do’s’ and outside catering provision.Chef and owner Christine Vaughan reigns in the kitchen.. Husband Dave is often front- of house, serving. We have never had a less than scrumptious salad, cake or quiche here. All the food is home- made and all the better for it.
