For me one of the best restaurants in Turin, the steam cooking makes all their dishes super digestible and really very light! I was very impressed by a typical Indonesian dish, Brengkes Jawa, made up of steamed fish inside a banana leaf. Truly exceptional! Bonus point: part of the menu is entirely vegetarian/vegan! Piccolo ristorante intimo con un'atmosfera avvolgente, tra il profumo speziato dell'incenso e la musica indonesiana (che continuo ad ascoltare dopo giorni per rilassarmi!). Luogo molto pulito, inclusi i bagni! Il signore che ci ha accolto, molto paziente, ci ha spiegato i piatti e le consistenze per darci i migliori consigli!
