"This place is a hidden gem. I met up with friends to catch up and reminisce about the times we used to share a bottle of wine in the old town. We didn't realize the restaurant had moved, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had a fantastic meal in our own private alcove and the service was excellent. I highly recommend dining here and we will definitely be returning in the future."

Today (my birthday), I decided to go to City Boot for lunch with colleague since on a previous visit (for drinks), I thought it was a nice warm atmosphere

Food was great, but the service was a bit hit and miss... Bread came and had to wait 10 minutes for butter. Similar to coffee. Had to wait for milk and until the coffee came cold.

What a gem. Met friends for a catch up. We used to share a bottle of wine in the old city boot so chose here not realising it had moved. We had a fab meal, in our own little alcove and the service was great. Really worth eating here and we’d definitely go again.

Had a goat's cheese salad and it was tiny and tasteless, there was service already added on the check and yet the waitress who did nothing to serve us had the audacity to ask for more tips on the credit card machine. Witherespoon serves better stakes than you guys ..... Needless to say i am never going back there again and nor am i recommending anyone i know
