"Me and my friend unfortunately had a bad experience. Our data didn’t work on our phones so we had to order at the cash register. After waiting for 45 minutes for our food we asked about it. Apparently their system was down, so they “forgot” about our order. They didn’t apologise or offer us something as a compensation for the wait. The weird part is that there was only one other group of people in the restaurant and they had gotten their food and they didn’t mind that we just sat there waiting? We ended up getting our money back and went somewhere else."

We are working next to this place and often going there for food. We are ordering online on their page, always selecting option dine-in and going there. Not once, I repeat not once the order was ready!!! Like we’ve been there at least 5 times! They always apologized. When we came there today, they said that system is not working and they don’t see our orders!!! So they rushed to kitchen to order it! Such a bad service! Not hoing there anymore!
