"we had read very good reviews about the green room, me and 2 friends who have not seen themselves for a few years decided to go for the afternoon. we telephoned, booked afternoon tea and paid our deposit 2 days before. when we arrived. the waiter took us on our table and said: “I’m sorry, but the system didn’t update, so they didn’t know that we wanted to go the afternoon.” that seemed very strange when they had taken the deposit from us 2 days ago! the waiter said we had to order from the normal midday menu. after we had eaten our salad! we wanted to order 3 coffees, I asked the waitress if we could order coffee, her answer was: “It’s difficult because I don’t have a pen!” I didn’t reply, there are only 3 coffees and cakes. I then asked about the bill that lasted about 15 minutes when they finally arrived, they had not taken the deposit we had previously paid, and the waitress said: "She must talk to the manager, I explained that I stayed 10 minutes on the parking lot, so she could be fast. When I asked her what happened to the bill she said, they must go into the bar and sort it with the manager. I was very annoyed by the lack of customer service, not only had they forgotten our afternoon, but had also accused the wrong crowd. he was quite arrogant and served other people and let us wait. he said he would take £11 for the mistake with the afternoon! it is a shame that eating and the environment is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service makes this place so much down. it is safe to say we will never return or will not recommend it to one of our friends."

"In my opinion, this is the best Indian restaurant in Brackley. The food is delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere inside is also excellent; we never feel crowded since there’s enough space between tables. Each time we've visited, it’s been a pleasant experience. Plus, if you download the voucher, you can get a complimentary bottle of wine! This restaurant is definitely a favorite of mine and my family."

"Tonight, we had dinner (yes, I know it's snowing!) and it was absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere was very quiet, but the waitress was incredibly attentive and provided helpful updates on the weather and travel conditions on back roads, as another staff member had just come from those areas. The food was simply beautiful. We felt a bit rushed because I was worried about returning to the snow quickly, especially since it looked like it would snow again soon!"

"Visited this restaurant returning from Newbury races to our hotel. Made welcome upon arrival and shown to our table. Ordered two drinks along with the food order consisting of poppadoms pickle tray, chicken Tikka Kharai one with rice the other with side...dish of bombay potatoes a nam bread to share!! When traveling around the country horseracing my friend I choose an Indian to visit after reviewing TripAdvisor The Chilli Pepper got our vote and they did not dissapoint us, the meal was delicious and rated very highly against all the other restaurants we have frequented over the years. Also very good value for money."

"We stayed in our camper van at this restaurant and were greeted by Nathan upon arrival. He quickly helped us get set up without any delays. We had booked for dinner and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was lively with locals and other campers. We will definitely return. Price per person ranges from £20 to £30. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5."
