"the menu is quite small: 2 appetizers, 2 nets, 2 desserts; plus drinks. we had everything: [appetizers] velouté of red lenses and cocos milk Japanese style kohlsalat [mains] curry w/14 seasoned and chalk vegan bolognese [desserts] cheesecake chocolate cream they were all delicious! especially the main plates. the service was welcoming, the atmosphere was quite pleasant, and the waiting times were quite normal considering that only one person takes care of everything. the mains are at 16€; but there is a set menu (e.g. 24€ for the starter maindessert). and everything is organic (and gluten-free). in any case worth a visit; but try to book a table in advance, as it seems to be popular among the natives."

"I had the chance to go to the Gyspe on my birthday to have lunch. What a pleasant restaurant, the decoration is very pretty and a soothing and friendly atmosphere reigns there. The welcome is great I was accompanied to a table, the best to my taste seen on the open kitchen with a nice olive tree on my left. During my installation the menu was explained to me with a lot of practice what was very pleasant. When my entry came, I knew I was going to eat well in view of the proportions that are very generous. The accras of fish were perfect accompanied by a tomato coulis and a garlic emulsion: a pure treat. At the arrival of my dish, an antipasti of vegetables served with a burrata, I did not take the time to admire my presentation because I only made a bite of this perfectly seasoned dish. My dessert then arrived well established and it was as beautiful as good. The mix of yuzu and strawberry I still dream of. I finished my tasting with a glass of champagne, and when it happened, I was asked how it was my meal, which I enjoyed a lot. The dessert dish menu cost me only 22€ without the cup of champagne. So we can say that for less than 30€ we eat very well, we have a top quality service and all this in a great setting. Thanks to the whole team, I'll come back for sure!"

"a trattoria that really reminds the Italian. held by two very friendly Italians, who know, love and explain their products very well. Just 3-4 à la carte dishes, 2-3 desserts, each was excellent. The wine was also perfect, and the olive oil to fall. and the restaurant also makes pizzeria at lunch. and grocery store to be able to bring home lots of very good Italian products."
