Lively and lovely place right in city center. Coffee is superb as usual and staff is really friendly.

the facility was quite quiet, the staff looked busy but had nothing to do. the toilets were a scandal and not suitable for use. than eating, they should have far better standards.

I had no high hopes, but I had very little time to find some food. The Roast chicken salad looked nice, but it was an awfully small portion with couple of rather thin slices of chicken. It was tasty, but I was disappointed.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The employees are incredibly friendly, making it impossible not to smile when interacting with them. They offer a wide selection of drinks and food options, showing how much they value their customers.

they enjoy this little caffe ambiente with my brother and friends who with me of the university cumbria. had some great hot drinks and pastries. braut to perfection and the baked were excellent. What you see is what you get! Could do with an upgrade as it’s quite gritty and the toilet, well lets not go there! Absolutely disgusting. Other Costas in the town are far better. Don’t appreciate the staff swearing in front of customers either. Tables...dirty and no staff to clear them, ended up doing it myself. Will use the other branches in future

I absolutely adore Costa's! My go-to drink is the caramel latte. I also have a points card that I use for a free coffee every now and then. The staff is always friendly and they offer special winter drinks in adorable Christmas-themed takeaway cups. The drinks are always delicious! I love sitting outside and chatting with friends or family, whether it's in the sunshine or bundled up in the winter.

I have only visited this restaurant a few times, usually when my wife is shopping in Primark. During my most recent visit, we arrived around 4:30pm on a Saturday and were promptly served by the friendly and smiling staff. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, with no overpowering smell of coffee. The only downside is the limited indoor seating, but I understand the constraints of the space. My partner and I enjoyed the peach iced tea, which was refreshing. I would have liked to try the strawberry iced tea, but unfortunately they were out of ingredients. The location is convenient for a shopping break, and they offer a good selection of sweet treats and drinks. Just be prepared to sit outside... Visualizza piatti
