"Always try to do 3 visits per establishment to give them the benefit of the doubt. Five workers present but only 2 working one serving and one putting orders together. Very long and tedious time waiting to be served and I had to remind them how to complete the order after I’d paid for it. Either get all your staff working together as a team or employ more to get the queue sorted. The lady beside me was disabled and although I let her go in front of me just couldn’t stand in line any longer so left the establishment. I won’t be going back. This is not what you expect in the busiest area of town."

I bought a mid range coffee and had a bacon roll for just a pound. Excellent value for money. Will go again next week

Called into Costa for a coffee and cake. Friendly staff and nice surroundings. The sandwiches were really tasty and well presented.

What is it with costa? They always have disgusting toilets. You can get good coffee in lots of places....so I think I'll give this a miss in future.

Costa is the only high street chain where one can get a guaranteed great coffee with pouring cream. The coffee is far better than Starbucks' bitter swill.

Very friendly and efficient staff. They were having a very busy day and due to this we're struggling to keep on top of the dirty cups, and plates. No complaints with service, coffee or the lemon and Blueberry cake.

I ave family that live in barnstable and they go to costa everyday for a morning coffee with the paper. Whenever i visit and i join them the staff are always lovely and always more than happy to customise drinks. Lovely atmosphere there

Popped in for refreshments ... friendly staff .. coffee always nice .. were a bit slow serving but think it was a trainee making the coffee always clean and tidy .. plenty of seating available .. sometimes very busy and seating is limited ... no complaints 5

Chocolate Drill was beautiful and they warmed it for me, I like that they have consistently chocolate Drills. honeycomb frostino and mocha was also very delicious. the personal was really nice and helpful and I had a nice chat with a nice man who worked there while making my drink (not to catch his name, but he was quite big with a mustache)!
