Went in for a cortado coffee had the drink before live it Awful today ! Don’t buy Don’t buy they can’t make it !

I only needed to wait for half an hour. The restaurant was quiet and comfortable. I chose a seat away from the strong air conditioning.

One of the famous chain of Costa shops but still providing a hassle free coffee drinking experience. Reasonably clean. The staff are polite and know how to make a decent cup of coffee.

Why is there a code which you have to ask for the disabled toilet , my friend asked for the code and didn’t realise anyone was in the toilet and when entering the code the door slammed into her head , don’t you think this is huge safety issue ...?

I grabbed an Americano, a hot spiced apple, and a cappuccino to take away one busy mid-morning in Barnstaple. The baristas were extremely busy and the coffee shop was crowded, but they were still very efficient and accommodating. I left feeling satisfied. Visualizza piatti

This Costa location delivers everything you would expect from the chain: excellent service, great coffee, and a laid-back atmosphere. The only downside is needing a code to access the restroom, which can be a bit inconvenient since it requires both hands. However, I've noticed this practice becoming more common in Costa stores in town centers, likely to prevent non-customers from using the facilities without making a purchase.

Always try to do 3 visits per establishment to give them the benefit of the doubt. Five workers present but only 2 working one serving and one putting orders together. Very long and tedious time waiting to be served and I had to remind them how to complete the order after I’d paid for it. Either get all your staff working together as a team or employ more to get the queue sorted. The lady beside me was disabled and although I let her go in front of me just couldn’t stand in line any longer so left the establishment. I won’t be going back. This is not what you expect in the busiest area of town.

Wandering in town and have 10 minutes to kill. My usual place (not costa) was mega busy. So thought I will do a Costa. Mistake! First off I don 't mind a queue. The inefficency of the staff is what was causing the queue. The staff member being Barista was with the gentleman ahead of me and kept asking what the drinks were. Fine it is a big order.....nope 2 drinks. The staff member then is reminded that he hadn 't paid yet. I then placed my order, cortado and a croissant. The barista then had to ask how to make a cortado once they were in the know, the coffee was ground and the milk steamed. She then realised that there were no cortado glasses!
