"Absolutely fantastic experience tonight with one after work dinner and getting in with a friend after years not seen each other. From the minute I went to the door, the staff were so friendly and were determined to give the best experience. The team surprised me completely with a birthday pudding and song when I was in the middle of conversation and it was so funny when I was so caught in the beautiful shock that it went quiet when it came to say my name! Haha. Mike the manager was brilliant and Alexandra did everything she could to ensure that my friend was supplied with her allergies. Top experience! Thank you to the RFH team!"

We've visited this particular branch of Cote many times and there is good reason for this; the food and selection of wines is always excellent. The service is also extremely good. We love this restaurant

Attentive and friendly service, with ample options for those with gluten or other allergies staff were particularly helpful on this front, even though they were really busy they were extremely super professional and warm. Great quality food!

Great food even better customer service. Really enjoyed our dinner after the theatre. Management and staff were very professional looking after us throughout our dinner. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!!!

Excellent food and value as always with Cote. The service here was also brilliant - the two ladies who served us were very friendly and attentive. I appreciate the inclusion of a vegetarian option on the Specials menu (I tried a starter, main and dessert from their current Alpine specialities and all were beautiful).

What a fabulous place that looked over the Thames. It is a very open space and many areas to have an unmarried drink. The information desk was very clear, helpful and welcoming. We went to the bar for a glass of champagne before Verdi's Requiem. My only nigger was when the champagne was poured into a measure and then into a glass! Why? It is not necessary if all glasses are marked. That besides the Royal Philharmonic and the Royal Choral Society was amazing.

Côte is reliable and always delicious. We celebrated here with an anniversary meal. The price point we feel is a great value for something that feels a bit higher than many chain restaurants. The staff takes care of guests. In particular, we simply loved Alexandra, who was friendly and professional, as well as always smiling. Food quality is brilliant. There were also enough vegetarian options. We chose the fixed price menu and had all 3 courses. The breads and butters for the table were delicious, with the right French salted butter!

"No doubt about it the food is first rate. Expertly cooked and well seasoned. The service is not what one would expect at a restaurant of this level (e.g. having to ask for wine list or water refill). Retaining qualified staff is challenging but the top restaurants manage that. Glass all around and close tables make for a loud and crowded environment but ambiance is clearly not a priority. If you only go for the food and not the experience it’s fine."

"My third time in the morning. I stole my friend with me, as I told him, it's the best restaurant in London and it wasn't disappointed. Parmesan fritters were exceptional as usual, and the kitchen shared our sausage Ragu Pasta (which should die for), in two pots when we said we share everything. Friend asked if we could come monthly from now on to enjoy the changing menus! Best meal we ever had. Thank you very much! X"

"Apparently they were very busy (just as a side note I booked in advance) so we were seated in the downstairs “breakfast room” rather than in the lobby level afternoon tea room (the room that is advertised with the nice tea sets and cute sofas an quirky tea room interior). That was already very disappointing. The room was in the lower ground level, it had a few breakfast tables, but otherwise felt empty and in addition the doors were closed. Luckily, another family arrived and was seated in the same room as us, so we felt a little less isolated and abandoned afterwards. The food was not even average in terms of quality, the sandwiches and scones were OK, but the cakes (although there was a selection of them) were not good at all. They were dry and somewhat tasteless. Definitely not reflecting the price! The friendliness and kindness of the waitress was the best part of the experience. She was extremely nice to us and to our dog. Overall, the afternoon tea at the Egerton House Hotel was disappointing and massively overpriced (we paid £184 for two including one glass of champagne each and the dog’s menu). The only benefit of this experience (or let’s say the only experience) is that you can bring your dog. But is it worth it? The answer is most definitely NO!!!!!!"

"Malaysian and Cantonese menu. Nice decor, well air-conditioned, very friendly and chatty staff. I had Aromatic crispy duck starter this was one of the best I've tried, the duck was cooked well and very delicious. The pancakes are big. Nasi Lenka the chicken was delicious, rice flavoured with coconut, side of peanuts and egg and a paste sauce. Anchovies I am not keen on so didn't eat them. I enjoyed this dish. Crisp beef it is very crispy cooked all the way through so it doesn't even taste like beef anymore and covered in a sweet sauce. It was like eating niknaks. I didn't enjoy this dish as much as the rest. Golden prawns giant prawns covered in crushed cornflakes. Again this tatsed too sweet for me, I enjoyed the prawns but I wouldn't recommend. Complimentary prawn crackers. This came to over £100 for 2 people. I feel like this was a little pricey. Parked on single yellow."
