"We went to Cote on New Years Eve and loved it. They had a set menu with a glass of bubbly included. The food was really good quality. Little nibbles and starters were very nice. We struggled to find a bottle of wine and the waitress was lovely with us letting us taste several wines before we settled on a bottle. Very patient. We paid a bit extra for fillet steak and so glad we did as it was superb. Delicious. Dessert was also included and I had a very generous cheese board for 1. Really good quality cheeses. My partner had the crème caramel which was very nice. We will be back again !"

The food was amazing, but the service towards the end was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the delicious food made up for it!

Overall experience good. It was evident there is a young service crew on site as inexperience showed in attentiveness and general carrying skills, several items dropped in transit. The chef delivered food from the kitchen several times. We could hear “service!” exclaimed from the kitchen on 3 separate occasions. Another example of serving inexperience. Food was good hence overall positive rating.

Table booked for 12:00 lunch. We were a few minutes early but we were warmly welcomed and taken to our table. There were only another couple of tables occupied when we arrived but the room had started to fill by the time we left. Menu choices were simple for us, charcuterie starter a, sharing meat platter for the main and cafe gourmand for dessert. Every dish was well presented, adequate for two and tasted delicious. Service was friendly and efficient so, all in all, we will be back.
