Booked cream tea. Great value excellent service. Good mix of savoury and sweet choice, even boxed up what we could not eat.

Apart from being left to stand outside in the rain for 10 minutes the breakfast was very nice with good quality produce, service was ery good with pleasant staff

The food is horrible. Nice place for coffee though. I had a chicken, bacon and egg salad and it was the worst salad I have ever had in my life. Tasteless, dry and a very small portion. Seriously, go elsewhere. Visualizza piatti

Brilliant service all around, service from a lovely girl called hannah so happy ,chatty ,attentive all needs met with a lovely smile and so courteous, food lovely, staff so happy like a little family that I felt we was included in , will go there as often as I can ,they would seem to do anything to they could for the customer lovely experience

I have been a long-time customer of Cream but have never written a review until now. Whether I stop in for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or to grab some of their delicious scones to-go, the food is always fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend visiting Cream when in Gainsborough - you will not be disappointed.

My friends and I visited this restaurant two days ago and I can't stop raving about the jacket potato with creamy mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious! The overall dining experience was fantastic and I am thrilled that we stumbled upon this cozy spot. The menu had a great variety of options to cater to different tastes. I only had a short amount of time for lunch at 11:30, so I decided to order something light. I got a tea and a coffee, but the coffee was cold and had to be reheated. I ordered two fried eggs on toast and two poached eggs on toast. The white toast was served as brown toast, and the poached eggs were overcooked and very hard. To top it off, there was pepper on my fried eggs, which I didn't particularly enjoy. Not the best experience overall.

This was my second visit which was as dismal as the first. I shan't bother again. Tasteless and watery prawns in a dishwater sauce. Dry bread with no butter on or equivalent. A dried lemon garnish with masses of leaf to pad out an ineffectual salad. A very weak cappuccino which arrived with a waitress liberally sprinkling the table with chocolate. I would have been better of with a takeaway from Greg's. Plus their staff are much more efficient ! !

We have eaten here several times over the years and always been happy with the service and the food, however, after today we will never step foot in here again! My husband was at the till putting our food order in and I decided to change where we were sat. I went over to the till and said to girl behind the counter that I had changed tables to which she replied “ you cannot sit there because I haven’t cleaned the table” I replied it was ok as I would wait until she cleared it. Her attitude instantly changed towards me and she said she would not be clearing the table as she was working by herself today she had just cleaned a booth table near the window for a couple that had come in minutes ea...
