Quel dommage, mais quel dommage que cette galette ne croustille pas.... De grâce mettez plus de beurre lors de la cuisson on a le sentiment que la pâte est bouillie alors que le boudin blanc et les champignons se marient parfaitement avec la galette. Excellent welcome and very friendly waiter who was very kind to our 6 year old son and advised us on the beautiful things to see in the area. As for the dishes, Savoyard pancakes, wholemeal, and salad (mushrooms, salmon, prawns... a delight! for our part, it was very good. We are from the Paris region but if we lived in the surrounding area, we would definitely be regular customers.
