"For years we have been going to the Crescendo de Salaise but each time we fall on recruiting staff who do not want to work. To believe that the smile is optional and the signs of absen politeness. And it feels in the kitchen, sometimes neglected without flavor sometimes hyper salty! It’s a shame because there’s potential and sometimes we fall on friendly and kind staff! I think the manager should observe a little more the work of his employees to bring back the quality of the service."
