The best hotel I’ve been to! Service is genuinely next level. Staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. The rooms are the perfect size with plenty of little extras such as Sky TV.

Normally not where you'd think for a meal. A quick dinner while charging the motor. Sat in the bar area. The food was high quality. The grilled cod and caesar salad was super fresh.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time I've spent there. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and efficient. Food's good, though the menu is a little limited if you are staying longer than a few days, but it's very well prepared. I'd definitely use the hotel again. Visualizza piatti

Had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly helpful. Fish n chips was so tasty! Gabrielle in particular was so nice. I had too much ice in my glass was going to pop it into my other glass, Gabrielle offered to take it back take some ice out. She made sure I only had a little ice in my glass rest of the night! Great service!

Don’t usually write reviews but had to for here. Was my boyfriends 22nd birthday so was kept a surprise and all staff were willing to help and very friendly especially housekeeper Wendy who had finished her shift and helped me decorate the room and unload everything from the car to the room such a lovely lady and very thoughtful. Recommend staying here

We were very disappointed in the Dakota Eurocentral. After ordering our meal it took an hour to arrive and was mearly warm. We didn’t want to reorder as another hour of waiting would have been as bad. The waitress said she’d pass on the complaint to the chef but no more was said or done.The portions were a lot smaller than they used to be and not up to their usual standard. £112 for 3 luke warm main meals and 3 drinks is excessive when the quality isn’t good. Special mention to: Grace in restaurant/breakfast area was exceptional. Polite, courteous, great personality, a smile and she remembered my exact order as all great people in service do. Kayleigh who tried valiantly to fix tv/remote control issues in the room. Superstar. Abbie on reception, just the fact she reads, remembers and actions even the smallest of requests from previous visits. These team members in particular stood out on this last visit. Excellent hotel,lovely staff and this is why I always choose Dakota on visits. Thank you.

Staff friendly lovely at receptions Bar grill restaurant, foods amazing, had fish chips for dinner, super we had steak chips followed by scottish breakfast in morning all meals were delicious, drinks were fab, waiting staff were exceptional. The room was clean comfy, great place to chill out watching a movie on luxury bed, The bathroom lovely clean power shower was just what needed at end of night. Highly recommended a stay over. It was our first time staying over and will 100% be back just to chill out and enjoy lovely food and atmosphere, feel pampered, thank you to all staff, you make the place xxx

All staff were fantastic except the waitresses who served me my rib eye steak honest it was the most disgusting steak I have ever had it was full of connective tissue grizzle and tuff as leather when I told her this she went into phsyco mode wouldn't listen was totally the rudest person to ever serve me she was basically telling me I've never had a ribeysteak before sthen I asked for the bill to get away from her and she had the cheek to charge me 11pound discretionary tip unbelievable also the room was baltic when we went in had to keep our coats on for over a hour till it heated up the carpet in the room was ripped and the shower door leaked a lot of water covering the full bathroom floor...
