This is the third time we have been here, can’t fault it, excellent food and service every time, great place for a romantic night away, highly recommend

We had a lovely Christmas at the Dakota the service was so good and the food was excellent. We cannot thank the staff enough for making our day memorable yet again

Love this place, the atmosphere and the staff are second to none, the food quality presentation and taste are wonderful eaten in nice peaceful surroundings can't ask for better.

we were at various locations for overnight stays and also private function for my hot night and I can safely say we have always received super customer care and fabulous food. overnight were wonderful and would highly recommend

A hotel with a comfy bed at last. Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeously decorated. Food was lovely. I can't fault it for its price bracket. Great location for me as it's round the corner from my office. I only saw Tesla chargers but there are a few Chargeplace Scotland stations a few hundred yards from there.

Had a beautiful meal in the Resturant for a Christmas catch up with cousin's .Food was delicious . Service was excellent staff really friendly helpful . On a really cold night the Resturant was lovely cosy with those beautiful fires going . Will most defiantly be back .. many thanks to our waiter David , he was great putting up with 7 cackling ladies , thank you most enjoyable evening !!

Spent last night here for a birthday treat from my boyfriend. Arrival at the hotel through curtains in to a cosy and luxurious decor. The reception staff were lovely. The room didn't dissapoint. Had a very comfortable sleep and no complaints about room. Dinner in the hotel was also lovely. Food was delicious and again staff very attentive. Had a few drinks in bar and enjoyed the surroundings. Would stay again.

The hotel was great. Nice dark atmosphere perfect for our anniversary dinner which was kinda terrible but we had it waived so that was great. Rooms were lovely and spacious. The staffs were AMAZING especially Katy gilchrist and the manager. All the ladies were so nice it was so sweet. Only downside is there isn’t charging sockets close to the beds and hot water was a nightmare to get to work. Overall I would definitely book again .

Had lunch in the hotel for the first time in years. Style hasn't changed, dark theme, some may say intimate. Lunch was excellent if on the more expensive side. Small portions, so definitely need side dishes. Nice touch was the complimentary bread delicious tomato goat cheese dip. Waiter attentive friendly, quietly picked up my wife's cream intolerance came back with potential alternatives to menu dishes, no hassle, quietly efficient. PS plenty of EV chargers on site .
