"Stayed 2 nights at the Parador. First night, my wife had one of the house specialties monkfish with lime and coconut. The fish was so smothered in a thick sauce that you could not taste the fish at all. The second night, I had the pasta with mushrooms and shredded foie and my wife had the sea bass in a pouch with vegetables. The pasta had a peculiarly sweet taste and the texture of the mushrooms was mushy. The sea bass was more fishy tasting than sea bass should be. No complaints what so ever about the service. They were attentive and very pleasant. Wish the food was at the level of the service."
