Never got to order any food as the waiter apparently could Not decide who’s table we were sitting at.. not really a service minded place

place with good eating, but often visited with busses, so it can be crowded. the prices are very reasonable and the walk of the old town is a bonus.

I didn’t have a lot og time, so I just ordered schnitzel. Service was excellent and my drink was derved nearly instantly. The Schnitzel came with fries and mushroomsauce. It was good without Boeing excellent

We went twice, once a drink and secndly for a meal. Both occasions were good experiences. Friendly staff , always busy due to numbers of people in the premises, so a little apatience is required , but it does mean you can linger over the...meal. Die Butterhanne has nice breakfast options which you can enjoy while listening to organ music coming from the church next to the restaurant. As for the food: the fried eggs were fresh, the coffee was good, they also had healthier bread options, which is a...nice touch. On Sunday morning the church bells ring so often and so loud that it's hard to make conversation, but I guess it's a part of the ambience. We enjoyed our breakfast there

We missed this restaurant on our last visit to Goslar , so decided to visit this time. A smaller, typically German resteraunt with attentive staff and good character. We visited during the Christmas market and the restaurant was quite busy but not overly so....Plenty to choose from on the menu and a fair selection of beers and wines. Service was prompt, without being rushed and there was no pressure to order or vacate the table. Prices were very reasonable.
