This is now our favorite restaurant. The owners are very visible and welcoming, always friendly. They work hard, interact with all their guests, and it shows in the lively atmosphere. The food is delicious, cooked fresh and made to order. I highly recommend this place.

We had a Christmas dinner before our Christmas quiz. The staff greeted us very warmly and provided excellent service. The food was also fantastic, with all six of us receiving our meals together and piping hot. They were also able to accommodate my dairy intolerance without any issues.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, especially on a busy Karaoke night. The bar staff, including Nicole, Joe, and Priyanka, were exceptional at providing amazing service. What can I say...absolutely amazing..staff, service, owners (Wez and Victoria) dog friendly..home cooked food, fab menu, fab surroundings an experience, lovely family pub an dog friendly in a great location, quiz night, karaoke an cabaret nights, 2 for £10 specials...you have to visit...stunning outdoor beer garden in the sun .and twinkly lights everywhere..beautiful .

What a delightful pub! Lovely atmosphere, dog and child friendly and excellent hosts. I had dinner there and the food was excellent, I highly recommend the fishcakes....delicious! Very nice restaurant and both indoor and outdoor eating areas, beautiful gardens and an all round lovely experience. I came with my daughter for a sunday lunch, and was served by a lovely young lady called Sarah. She had a great attitude and was very happy to deal with all of our needs. I have a dairy allergy and Sarah was very compliant and useful when ordering and patient with my fussy daughter!! She deserves to be recognised by management, I hope all other waiters act as she does!! This pub used to be good but not anymore. First the Menu is so disappointing… there is a limited choice of mains, no steaks, no pies. We ordered burgers and they were so bad! The chicken in the chicken burger was almost non existent as it was mostly batter, which was soggy and brown. The rest of the burger was very soggy and tasteless. Chips were nice and crispy. It is a shame as this is our local pub, the inside is still very cool and the team very friendly but I don’t think we will go back!

After trying the other local pub with food, we were told to try here instead. Well, whilst this place is certainly better maintained than the other local, it's still just as expensive. Decided to try the roast dinner. Wish I hadn't. What justifies the prices here? It's incredibly expensive for what tastes like packet food. The meat was full of fat and gristle. The potatoes were soggy. Veg was cold and the gravy was thin and unpleasant. Seems like the old saying too many cooks applies here. The one redeeming feature was the staff are friendly. It was so cold in there we kept our coats on. No Sports on TV, apparently the TV is broken. Not sure what it is about pubs in this suburb. You'd think...
