"Lovely ambiance and interior. Food and drinks are good but the service is on the level of what you’d expect in Nando’s staff are not attentive and spend far too much time talking to each other and laughing rather than focusing on guests. There where enough staff around but as they are to busy with each other, getting to order and asking for the bill was impossible. Took almost 10 minutes to get someone’s attention when we needed to pay and where in a hurry. Besides the service, this place is great and I always do go back."

Really poor food preparation quality. Markedly worst experience I have had at your venue which I am a regular at. My conclusion was you have had or need to have major turn over in your kitchen Yours B

a beautiful place. had an ideal quiet place for dog to relax in a corner. we had a cozy lunch and enjoyed the drinks. menu was great for a relaxed afternoon meeting. the drink service was dirty (maybe coworkers on holiday), but it was no problem as we had a nice time with friends.

When I arrived they said I didn't have a booking and asked if I had another name. They then said oh its booked under open table. What difference that makes is ridiculous. It took 25 minutes to get a drink order in I had to ask to be served. It took a further 10minutes. Food wasn't great service was slow won't be going there again.

I had the duck it really tasted like liver So that was disappointing. The duck Salad however was quite nice: nice crispy! Tbh I think they’ve over complicated the menu. To many cuisines no real character jack of all trades vibe so the food was just alright. Had the tea flavoured crème brûlée...Poor. Service was a little slow despite it not being that busy. Nonetheless staff were polite and cheerful

When I asked for the bar snacks menu, I was sent from one person to another just to get a menu, only to be told they couldn't find it and might be out of menus altogether. The quality of the dishes was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry and served lukewarm, while the crispy squid was just a soggy piece of fried squid that lacked flavor. It's disheartening to see this, and unfortunately, I left as a dissatisfied customer.
