"This was a most surprising find for dinner. Absolutely charming atmosphere, friendly staff, interesting and inventive cooking beautifully presented. Spotless clean in a modern light room. The potato salad with white blue fin tuna was the start of a great meal. The portions are just right. We shared the pork loin with mustard sauce. For dessert we had the deconstructed cheesecake with chestnut puree and we also had the delicious coconut rice pudding with mango sherbet. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. We would happily return to try the other inventive items on the menu."

On cherchait un meilleur restaurant pour la fin de notre séjour...la disposition est un peu atypique mais la verrière et la décoration sont vraiment charmante. Les plats sont travaillés et la cuisine est de qualité !

En el antiguo sitio del Albarama hay un nuevo Traga. Carta distinta a la de la calle Águilas, con buenos platos como la ensalada de esturión, el tartar de alistados, el menudo de bacalao o una buena carne. Carta de vinos también interesante. Precio medio.

Great gastronomic restaurant! We have ordered some tapas and a main dish, they were all interpreted in a awesome new way. The desserts at the end were also to die for, fresh and tasty, not overly sweet. Service was also at high standards, we could see the guys were actually taking pleasure in being there, giving us advice on food/whine and serving us. Highly recommended!

Este es el segundo restaurante que abre El Traga en Sevilla, mantiene la esencia del original pero en esta ocasión hace un guiño a la comida Andaluza. Una experiencia gastronómica deliciosa, utilizan elaboraciones de alta cocina a un precio asequible. Great service, very much recommended. Food was beautifully presented the taste absolute superb. Ivan made us feel right at home with his warm welcome, in fact from all staff. Iván’s service was impeccable from food to wine recommendations. We had the Iberian share platter, the cod in batter, then the salmon, then my wife had the pork shoulder whilst I had the lamb shank, all superbly cooked well worth the money. Postres (dessert) was deconstructed cheese cake for me a sponge cake with a pineapple soup for my wife, both delicious!!
