"Since last Tuesday, the Garduong has been the successor of the Asian tapas restaurant TaSu and in the style of a Vietnamese tea house, designed in cozy brown tones; with stools and benches that are more comfortable than they look. A mixture of traditional Vietnamese dishes and more modern creations is served. I had garnished two grilled mussels, with spring onions, coriander and ginger soy sauce, which was so tenderly seasoned that it did not cover the fine taste of the spoon bead. As main food there was BBQ-Duck: medium grilled barbaric duck fillet with BBQ marinade, soothes Pak Choi, baby corn, water chestnuts, beans, peppers, served on grilled sweet potatoes (13.90 euros). The sauce was light but sharp – a very delicious composition. The dessert was another real highlight: Xôi Xoài (black Klebreis, peanuts with fresh mango, coconut milk and sesame for 4.90 euros). I recommend the particularly aromatic Vietnamese coffee prepared at the table by a beaker filter. Np Mi, a wonderfully soft vodka from fermented Klebreis, was sold out yesterday. With its fine food, attentive service and civilian prices, the Garduong is an enrichment of the high-air gastro scene."

So I asked if there was one table for one and the owner almost insulted me why I came here without reservation because he must refuse me as a...customer and he does not want to deny a customer and it would not happen if I just reserved a table. that was really rude and I was really shocked how someone could have such a terrible customer relationship. it seems that the owner is more of an atmospheric person, as I read others about the owner here. so a great no to parisaas. there are many better restaurants in the city!"

"The Bianc is manageable, approx. 14 tables cozy and single set with view towards kitchen. Opticly everything was like a small art show, very exciting. The service was really very attentive and the wine accompaniment was class(roll weine), despite the many courses only something for drink-resistant. Tastefully and for eating, it was chosen for my partner and me too much different flavors and the courses too wild. We like to eat and cook ourselves lovingly and with heart. This place is simply chosen to be confused for the stomach, so our stomachs had complaints after eating... Negative is that, the Gänge menu lasted hours and our sitting meat has been curly for a long time (4-5hd), despite hint, the menu is not served faster. In addition, cooking is often freshly cooked, and not precooked for hours and days and kept warm until served. The kitchen itself acts very sterile and not lovingly more practical and visually corresponding to its dishes (Chemielabor like). Tastefully there was some tasty but not everything naturally does not meet every taste this menu would be more affordable and less courses would definitely be worth a further visit accordingly it remains with a one-time visit and only a one-time recommendation. Over 600€ plus tip for 2 people is a proud price."

"Im August war ich in der Foccaceria Apulia, wo ich schon länger hin wollte. Und es war wirklich ein Glücksgriff!! Die Foccacia Klasse mit einer lievito Madre gebacken, heißt mit einem italienischen Sauerteigansatz, kross und innen luftig leicht. Der Belag echt italienisch, saftig, und geschmacklich sehr gut gewürzt! Der Service und der Chef waren aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Und: es gab eine ganze Seite Alkoholfreie Cocktails. Phantasievolle Saftmischungen, die die Hamburger Wüste, was alkoholfreies angeht, sehr bereichert! Und das alles zu absolut guten Preisen! Hier gehe ich öfters hin!!"
