"Having been a regular of El Jinette, Whilst back in La Cala since covid etc, we attended tonight I gave my friends high expectations as my previous memories were of the great food and price, obviously on a friday night I dont expect the fixed menu, we ordered what I recommend the Pil Pil, scampi and chorizo and black pudding (Which used to be amazing, and sole fish (this was good) we took 3 x mixed grill i would put as the signature dish, however it was poor to say the least, deserts were not good either and we felt slightly robbed by E200 bill which included water, 2 bottles of house wine, and 1 NA beer,"

Been going to El Jinete for around 10 years when staying at La Cala golf. Returned after a 3 year Covid layoff. Food excellent, service great will hopefully be back next year. Be perfect j if f they could do a pickup from the hotel and a frequent (annual! guest reward scheme! Visualizza piatti

We visited Jinette for a family friends gathering. The food is delicious and amazing quality. The staff attentive friendly. The ambiance scenery, beautiful. Pascal the sommelier had excellent knowledgeable of the wines but also made the best larger shandy : A fabulous afternoon very much recommended.

That was my second visit here and it was very busy what I didn't think was good. Some of my mixed grill was over boiled and I had a problem that was not able to have pre-dinner drinks on the terrace, I email before asking this was possible and the answer yes if there was no rain and there was not, but they gave an excuse, we could not, not enough staff, I think. Overall, we were somewhat disappointed by our visit.
