Lovely little place on the plaza. We sat outside and enjoyed an amazing lunch of mussels, paella, and sorbet for a very reasonable price. The other menu del día options sounded quite good too. Our waitress was great despite how busy she was. We spoke Spanish with her, but I could hear her speaking English with other customers. Very nice lady. Very delicious paella. The inside of the restaurant was very charming too.

We called in for lunch today over a busy bank holiday week without reserving a table. The staff seemed very busy but remained very professional. The menu of the day 21.90 is outstanding. Great choice of meat and fish dishes plus vegetarian starters and tapas available. Good house wine. Complimentary drink offered. We sat outside in heated covered terrace. We will definitely return and recommend to others. . lovely staff.

excelente comida y tratamiento. Lo único que te hizo no dar 5 estrellas es que el menú no incluye bebidas aparte de un agua de hielo. Después de beber el primer frasco pedimos otro, que luego nos cobraron a 2€. Creo que no debe ser cargado por el agua, y si lo hace, a menos que el cliente vea que está embotellado y siempre advirtiéndola antes. una lástima por ese pequeño detalle que hace que la comida y el buen servicio un poco sombreado.

A real diamond in the rough! This place is fantastic. It's in a popular part of Tarragona, surrounded by places offering almost identical menus to each other at middling quality. Compared to them El Pigot was a breath of fresh air! Excellent service, great recommendations and amazing food, each dish had a slight twist on the usual, making it different and deliciously so. One of the very best places we've been to in Spain over the course of two trips and about four weeks!

buena atención y comida, siendo una simple camarera, el servicio un poco lento, el menú entre semana a 13 euros y fines de semana a 15, un lugar central con calidad y comida típica del lugar. la camarera súper amigable y atenta. Pedimos primero: algas, mejillones, ensalada verde y segundo arroz caldo, alitas a cerveza con romero y merluza con romescu, postre de yogur natural con mermelada de fresa, melón con jugo de naranja natural y crema catalana. Sin duda, nos separamos.
