We had an incredible meal at Rincon! The only thing we enjoyed more than the food was the service. The owner, Lourdes, and her daughter were incredible hosts. They even taught us some Cuban dances! I love a table view and their exterior have a great! (it looks at the catedral de la almudena. I ordered some sandwich with a glass of white wine. it's hard to go wrong with them. my glass wee came with kartoffel chips. perfect for a late snack. total was 11 euro this is tourist (I hear that many English are spoken around me, but there are some locals here. I found this place when I was in a taxi on the way to latina, and I made a mental note that I must come back here. it lies directly on a small grass stain from the bridge and has the phenomenal view of madrid. he made it here for the sunset and it could not have been better. the eating was also quite great! small menu, but we have the standard spanish omelette and a pork steak, with a pitcher of sangria ofcourse. the image-esque view will remain burned forever in my memory! I loved it!

This place is located a little bit off the beaten path. Therefore you will not find many tourists here. However, from the royal palace it is just a 10 minute walk and I must say that I highly recommend visiting this restaurant! We had 2 main courses (arroz frijos con pollo), 2 deserts, 2 soft drinks and 2 mojitos. The total bill was around 50 euros which is a steal for so much high quality food. The host is also very friendly. My spanish is a bit rusty, but we were able to communicate and she even gave us advice when we were unable to choose what we wanted to eat. Una experiencia increíble la verdad, soy de Madrid de toda la vida, descubrí este sitio hace menos de un año y se ha convertido en uno de mis planes favoritos. Las vistas son espectaculares, así como la localización, perfecto para tomar algo después de un paseo por Madrid (o antes). La comida estaba increíble, me sorprendió mucho porque para la zona, los precios son baratos y la comida casera típica está impresionante. Se encuentran pocos sitios como este, mantienen la esencia original y eso me encanta.
