"very bad experience what a Michelin star restaurant should be. I would give him a trip: no drink offered, my wife came earlier than I did in the restaurant. she had to wave to the waitress after she had waited for minutes to ask for a drink. the restaurant page says, kitchen closes around pm. when I arrived in the menu, it was no longer possible. okay, I thought my bad, I arrived instead of my wife came in and she was not offered anything. we ordered a la carte. from the first moment we came to the last moment in which we left, we did not feel welcome. I cleaned my own drinks at the table, no one came to the table and asked if we needed anything. I ordered a cheese plate, no explanation of what was on my teller. then ready for the calculation: the very unkind and rude waitress was not willing to take any feedback we gave her about our bad experiences. according to her, it is normal that they wait to offer someone a welcome drink until everyone sits on the table and it is normal that they take care of the table and no explanation is given on the cheese plate. not even mentioning something here about the very bad service we received when sitting here as guests. my wife, my son and I are very gastronomic and we travel the world that eats in Michelin star restaurants. we know what we can and cannot expect. it is about their guests feeling at home and treating people with respect and respect. something that the staff of the restaurant el serbal still needs to learn."

excellent eating in a very good location with a view of the bay. tasting with corresponding weeps is a good choice. However, they need to use the QR code to check dishes as there was no printed menu in Spanish or English. a good experience.

When we came in the lead person could not find our reservation. A server had to help him. First course was still frozen...Should never have been frozen in the first place. Service should have been better trained in English. Explanations were limited.

It’s an amazing experience. We took the menu and it was wonderful experience. Plus the wine pair it was speechless. Really wonderful food and the view directly to the beach is wonderful. Perfect for a summer get away destination and food /wine experience.
