Always happy. The perfect place to escape the City Trubel with a delicious coffee. Very nice staff always friendly, even when it comes to stressful. I always like to be there.

.for a quick coffee. the beans contain too much bitter substances from my own, but in the milk coffee it goes. today unfortunately with a fresh waiter (typ totally overwhelmed and next to the track).

I've been a regular customer for a few years when I go to a monk. seems to be in an Italian bar, both as products served and as a service, the boys speak correctly Italian, nice, funny and kind, I will return to the next visit surely! Visualizza piatti

If you like servers that serve the ice cubes with the fingers after you have been ground (and not washed hands safe), who smoke in the kitchen, who make the mouth by taking the order and who obviously do not serve you the ordered coffee ( anyway you could not ask for advice, except to speak Italian), then this coffee is made for you!

We stopped at this shop in MarienPlatz for a break during our Munich Hop On/Hop Off Bus Tour. We choose to sit in the Alfresco as one of us is a smoker. The friendly waiter came out of the Restaurant immediately to take our orders . We only have some hot beverages, they were serve quite immediately. My friends and I went there for a coffee and it was really nothing special for the price we paid (we didn't expect latte art cappuccinos but they were tiny and almost without any foam). The staff was incredibly rude, they cleaned the table while some of us were still drinking their coffees, they weren't sure whether we paid or not and they even complained loudly because we didn't leave a tip. You leave a tip if you're happy with the service, it is not mandatory.

the friendliness and hospitality in this small caffe leaves much to be desired. the waitress has unfortunately caused some confusion in our order and the blame has been pushed on us, even though she had to apologize to us. we wanted to let the things be good and simply took the wrong order, as the waitress already worked very annoyed. when we did not want to pay our bill together but separately, there were the next grained views. I think the customer is king counts in this load not really. the master files were treated quite differently than we did.

I had pain in my both anklesSo i entered this shop to take a restWith some coffee and snackBut it was a total mistake.I asked to clean my table and bring menu3 times but they said only wait and did nothing until i finally left this shop.Funny thing is that they did all the cleaning and took orders from the other tables.I dont know ppl working there are racistOr just lazy enough to be completely ignorant to me.But in any case never go there.I rarely write a bad review about any shop, But i wrote this to warn who might have this bad experience again.The worst experience during my germany trip.
